OJT
On-the-Job-Training (OJT) is training that takes place at the work site and involves direct supervision by qualified personnel. Participants typically possess transferable skills, however lack the minimum requirements needed to qualify. We, along with the employer, develop training outlines that specify the skill sets to be acquired. The length of training is determined by the client's prior work history and training needs of the company and/or individual. Training may be at a minimum of 80 hours however cannot exceed 499 hours.

Employer Criteria
-Provide permanent, full-time employment
-Provide Workers Compensation Insurance
-Safe Working Environment

Client Criteria
-22+ years of age
-Georgia Resident
-Dislocated Worker (individual affected by business closure, layoff or downsizing)
-Economically Disadvantaged
